The LockOutRealm is used to block users who have tried to authenticate but failed too many times. The default value of the realm is 5 attempts - after 5 incorrect authentications the user is locked out. The lock is active for 5 minutes and does not allow any new login attempts. After 5 minutes the user is unlocked and the user may again attempt a new login. See LockoutRealm for more information. |
